Short description
During the final days at the Yankee Pedlar Inn, two employees determined to reveal the hotel's haunted past begin to experience disturbing events as old guests check in for a stay.

- In the scene where Pat Healy's character plays a video recording for Sarah Paxton's character, the actress is visibly shocked. Paxton wasn't acting out fear; she was genuinely frightened because she had never seen the recording before. The scene was filmed in a single take. When recording the movie's commentary, the recording was played for the actress again, and she flinched once more.
