Short description

Undead cop Matt Cordell rises from the grave, and is after the criminals who murdered him in prison.

What's left behind the scenes

To prepare for his role, Leo Rossi went to a strip club. Once, he was thrown out of the strip club by two bouncers (when he stared directly into the dancer's eyes, scaring her).
Robert Downey Jr. was supposed to play one of the roles in the film, but he was unable to participate in the shooting, and director William Lustig gave the role to Charles Napier.
During the filming of the chase scene, the car's gas tank caught fire from sparks caused by the rim rubbing against the asphalt, but the stuntman managed to jump out of the car, which was immediately extinguished. Filming had to be briefly interrupted.
Claudia Christian suffered a miscarriage after filming a scene in which her character is handcuffed to the steering wheel and dragged behind a car. No one was held responsible for this, as the actress failed to disclose that she was four months pregnant when signing the filming contract.
