What's left behind the scenes
- Preparing for the role of Martydauer, Timothée Chalamet began practicing table tennis as early as 2018, when Josh Safdie, the director and screenwriter of 'Marty Supreme,' first offered him a part in the project. Chalamet continued to train even while working on other projects—Paul King's musical 'Wonka' (2023), Denis Villeneuve's sci-fi drama 'Dune: Part Two' (2024), and Wes Anderson's romantic comedy 'The French Dispatch' (2020).
