How can I unsubscribe?
Please, sign in entering your username and password.
                 Go to the Profile section - Settings
                 Set up the subscription and click "Save"
                 You can also use the link "unsubscribe" in the very end of the newsletters you receive. In this case you don't have to sign in.
How do I delete a profile?

My photos are available for Google or other Search Engines
Questionnaire indexing can be prevented by privacy settings. Go to the settings section, set the "Hide profile" option to "hide from anonymizers and search engines".

Our website is an open Internet resource, so the the website information (as well as open information from your Profile) is available to search engines until you have applied privacy settings. We can't influence the work of engine services and delete pages or photos from there. The only way to delete a photo from the search engine results - it is to remove it from our website. Usually within 2-10 weeks, the search robot will remove your photos itself.

If you don't have access to the email address you signed up with, unfortunately we can't restore your access. We do not restore access using your passport or any other method.

I stopped receiving newsletter
During holidays (like Christmas or Easter) very few Auditions are placed on the website, for these days the newsletter is sent less frequently than usual.

If the newsletter was sent, but you haven't received it, try the following:
  1. Check your subscription settings, make sure the checkmarks are in the right places. Check
  2. If you are a Pro account owner, make sure that your newsletter filters are not too strict. In case no Auditions for the day match your preferences, you won't receive the newsletter. Try removing some filters or all of them. Check
  3. Check the Spam folder in your mail. If the newsletters get there, you may add them to the exception list or add Acmodasi in your address book.
Why is there no sound in uploaded videos?

If you have an iPhone, iPod, or other Apple device, you must use the volume knob on your device or uncheck the crossed out speaker icon in the player.

If you have a computer or other device, check whether the general sound is enabled on the device, whether the speakers are connected to the computer, and check the volume setting on the player.

If nothing helps, contact the technical support, don't forget to give a link to the problematic video. Please note: Technical support site does not solve problems related to the operation of the devices, we can only check whether the video does not contain an audio track.
